She was predeceased by: her husband Fred W. Slayden; her son Freddy Slayden; her grandson Timothy Coburn; and her sons-in-law, Steve Coburn and Paul Hubner.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Slayden (Susie), Kitty Hubner, Troy Slayden (Rhonda), Charley Slayden (Olga Vasquez), Sarah Fuller (Bill), Joyce Forester, Royce Slayden (Kelly) and Tracy Slayden (Carla). She is also survived by three great-great grandchildren.
