He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert L'Heureux and Florence Whalen; his wife Mary Williams; his daughter Lynn Williams; and his daughters-in-law, Margaret and Cora.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Williams of Colfax, Allen Williams of Denton, James Williams (Joyce) of Munday, Leonard Williams of Rhineland, Ricky Williams of Cleburne, Thomas Williams (Krista) of Burkburnett, JoAnn Maston of Munday, Donna Johnson of Munday, Lori Shankle (Frank) of San Angelo, Gail Williams of Wichita Falls and April Adams (Mark) of Wichita Falls. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
