She was predeceased by: her father Raul Perez. She is survived by: her spouse Dale Johnson; her children, Marco Martinez of Burkburnett and Lynda Beam of Stephenville; and her sister Elva Macias (Alfredo) of San Antonio. She is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
