It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delores Dorton (Burkburnett, Texas), who passed away on March 8, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cladie James and Levada Ellen Thomas (Crow); her husband J. W. Dorton; and her sisters, Louise Stengl, Mary Ellen Matlock, Daisy Thomas and Lenora Stanford.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Dorton (Anna), Johnny Dorton (Lisa), Becky McElreath of Devol and Lonnie Dorton of Randlett; her brother Cladie Thomas of Denton, TX; and her grandchildren, Regina Laminack (Scot), Tara Parson (Chris), Kim Bates (Paul), Lance Stewart, Kyle Dorton (Lindsey), Blake Stewart (Tiffany), Ryan Dorton (Stephanie) and Ruth Dorton. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Memorial Donations can be made to the Devol Cemetery or the Hospice of Wichita Falls.
