She was predeceased by: her husband William Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, William Lewis (Diana) of Wichita Falls and Charles Lewis (Mitzi) of Burkburnett; and her grandchildren, Charles Lewis of Sherman and Liz Lewis of College Station. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
