She is survived by: her great grandchild James Johnson; her children, Rex E. Broom (Cat Moorehead), Donald E. Broom (Lynn), Judy Saunders of Buna and Brenda Broom (Bruce Hendrix); her daughter-in-law Cindy Broom; and her grandchildren, Sonia Broom, Kristi Whipps, Perry Saunders, Donald "Bubba" Broom, Tammie Dees, Joey Broom, Dianna Saunders, Tosha Johnson, Bonnie Altenreid, Crystal Saunders, Linsi Broom Karumbaya, Melanie Barnard, Nicole Noeske, Lane Sowell, Lauren Perez and Zach Rogers. She is also survived by thirty-two great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
