She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hatfield and Beatie (Kelley); her husband Wesley Long; her siblings, Guy Hatfield, Leonard Hatfield, Lois Bahm and Christine Carton; and her son Johnny Long.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Long (Sherry), Wesley A. Long (Geraldine) and Duverne Brown of Buna. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Adams E. E. Stringer Funeral Home - Buna (34490 US-96, Buna, TX 77612).
