She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dryden and Ola (Williams); her former husband Bud Whitmire; her husband C. B. Whitmire (Bud); and her grandson Daniel Begnaud.
She is survived by: her children, Clifton Whitmire (Nancy), Burnis Whitmire (Robin), Gay Nell Begnaud (Pete) and Teresa Smith (George); and her grandchildren, Holly Griffith, Jeff, Amber Harris, Jason, Keith Whitmire, Candice, Bryan Whitmire, Michell, Micah Begnaud, Casey, Hannah Begnaud, Dylan Smith, Taylor, Brooke Smith and Paige Smith. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Central Baptist Church (33814 US-96, Buna, TX 77612). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
