He was predeceased by: his parent Shelby Arthur, Sr.; his brother Shelby Gene Arthur, Jr.; and his parent Frankie Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Loriann Snyder Arthur of Katy; his son London Taylor Arthur of Katy; his sisters, Felicia Renee Carrell of Buna and Tammy Lynn Arthur of Buna; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Smith, Randy Carrell, Aaron Carrell, Tara Bell, Jessica Johnson and Colton Johnson.
