He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Hulon and Willie Fern Clark (Selman); and his siblings, Rayford Clark, Bo Clark and Tommy Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Janette Clark of Buna; his children, Jerilyn Walters, Todd of Buna, Joel Clark and Jo Della of Buna; his brother Gary Clark (Barbara); his sister-in-law Billie Jean Clark of Buna; his grandchildren, Hannah Walters, Jacob Clark, Tori, Jessi Clark Pappas, Tyler, Joseph Clark and Kyra; and his great grandchild Judah. He is also survived by many nieces and, nephews.
