It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances C. Bland of Buna, Texas, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Cummings and Willie Cummings (Lewis); and her brother John Cummings. She is survived by: her husband Frank Bland of Buna; her children, Robert Howell (Lynda), Linda Arena (Robert), Deena Sankey (Dave), Ray Bland of Mauriceville and Roy Bland (Susan Bland) of Sulphur; her siblings, Dr. Dale Cummings of Buna and Deon Thornton of Buna; her sister-in-law Donna Cummings of Milam; and her grandchildren, Robin, Brandon, Ana, Jerrod, Zachary, Adam and Josh. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
