He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mary (Norton); his wife Nora Nelson; his daughters, Margaret Roe (Steve), Mary Beth Howard (Butch) and Marie Helm (Ron); and his grandchildren, Stacey, Justin Joiner, Meghan, Greg Roach, Alex, Jerry Oglesby, Jr., Zach, Kaylee Helm, Caitlin Howard and Nelson Howard. He was also cherished by 15 great grandchildren.
