He was predeceased by: his brother Zachary Leo. He is survived by: his wife Demetry (Dee); his stepdaughters, Raina Ethridge (Jeff) and Tamara Holcomb (Samuel Glass); his grandchildren, James Ethridge, Lauren Ethridge, Alton Glass and Matthew Aversa; and his sister Myra Diuguid.
