She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Arthur Neel, Sr.; her son Charles Arthur Neel, Jr.; and her parents, Evelyn Stilley and George Grainger. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Cecelia Cameron Neel; her daughter Andrea Neel Gilbert; her son-in-law Bo Gilbert; her son Anson Neel; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Patterson Neel. She is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
