She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Randolph Wilkerson and Viola Rayburn Wilkerson (Brown); her husband Eddie Ray Alfred Jr.; her sister-in-law Martha Wilkerson (Lewis); her brothers, William Randolph, Robert Evans, Earl McKinley, Richard Lee and Emmett Leon; and her granddaughter Kimberly Jean Pundsack.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Sue Alfred (Caudill) and Darla Jean Alfred (Pundsack); and her grandchildren, Clint Caudill (Cassie) of Big Spring, Texas, Josh Caudill of Big Spring, Texas, Jennifer Rykowski (Mark) of Keller, Texas and Jeff Pundsack (Carrie) of Weatherford, Texas. She is also survived by seven Great-Grandchildren; and three Bonus Great-Great-Grandchildren.
