He was predeceased by: his brothers, Daniel and Bobby. He is survived by: his wife Sarah; and his children, Kevin Johnson, Mark Johnson (Meredith) of Wilmington, Jason Clark (Lauren) of Milton, Georgia and Amy Cohen (Mark) of Keller, Texas.. He is also survived by his grandkids, children, and wife.
