He is survived by: his wife Robin Starnes; his daughters, Mallorie Starnes VanSchoubroek (Casey) of The Colony and Carlie McKenzie Starnes of College Station; his father Rodney Starnes Sr. of Chandler; his sisters, Lisa Starnes of Bullard, Kristie Frazier (Mark) of Richardson and Gina Goff of Austin; his mother-in-law Sharon Fields of Tyler; his nieces and nephews, Megan, Mac, Kayla, Payton, Sophie, Jarrett and Aubrey; and also McKenzie.
