She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard H. Cosby and Margaret M. Cosby; her son Michael Campbell; her brother Richard Cosby (Ethel); and her brothers-in-law, James Bradshaw and Perry Wynne.

She is survived by: her husband James Donald Campbell; and her siblings, Joyce Bradshaw, Shirley Wynne and Jerry Cosby (Janell). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
