It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Floyd Howell of Bullard, Texas, born in Tyler, Texas, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Doyle Howell and Anita Garrett Howell. He is survived by: his wife Linda; and his daughter Leasa Howell Zeppa (Joe Zeppa). He is also survived by three grandchildren and many extended family.

“So sad to hear of his passing. He and my father would speak over the phone on weekly basis. His father Ralph Douglas Howell was my great grandfather and my grandmother his half-sister. So my dad was his nephew. Saw a school picture of him and he looks like my dad from high school days. God speed uncle Ralph. Ellis family”
