She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Woods and Jewel Woods; her husband Bob Fears; and her children, Neal Noel, Melinda Richardson and Terry Noel.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amanda Payne and William Richardson; and her great grandchildren, DeShaun Wilson and Zoe Richardson.
