We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2025, at the age of 14, Madison Katheryn Nelson of Bullard, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepfather John F. Montalto; her grandfather Erling P. Nelson; and her great-grandparents, Bud, Ruby Jones, Louis and Ann Goffena.
She is survived by: her parents, Jennifer "Michelle" Jones Nelson of Bullard, TX and Robert Allen Nelson of Anchorage, AK; her siblings, Brennon (Emily), Nelson of Anchorage, AK, Braden Nelson of Bullard, TX, Devin Nelson of Bullard, TX and Allison of Bullard, TX; and her grandparents, Penny, Steve Jones of Bullard, TX and Sarah Petersen of Folkston, GA. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Flint Baptist Church (11131 FM 2868W, Flint, TX 75762-8733). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
