He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Clifford Simmons Sr. and Rosalie Baker; his wife Sonnie Louise Simmons; and his son Jack Clifford Simmons III (Trey). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Bridget McCurdy, Taylor Simmons, Addison Simmons, Jack Clifford Simmons IV (Jake), Ryan Bain and Kaelee Wallace; and his great grandchildren, Hendrix McCurdy, Harlan McCurdy, Hudson McCurdy, Vivian McNeel (Vivi), William McNeel and Halen McCurdy.
