With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Helen Freeman of Bullard, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gasch and Dean Marie Gasch (Black); her husband Tom S. Freeman; her children, Jimmy L. Sloan, Edward Sloan and Mary D. Puryear; her grandson Traves Sloan; and her great great grandchild Zelda Holley.
She is survived by: her daughter Margaret A. Murton (James) of Quinlan; and her sisters, Yvonne Gasch Dodson of Bullard, Evelyn Weens of Jacksonville and Dallas. She is also survived by companion; 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 23 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (1379 N Frankston Hwy, Frankston, TX 75763). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
