He is survived by: his children, Allen Brice Lay (Carmen Koch), Richard Lee Railey (Becky), Marie Aline Nickels, Tina Marie Brotherton (Billy Jim) and Lisa Gail James; and his siblings, Perry Lay (Caroline), Ray Lay and Margaret Elizabeth Gray.
