Byers, Sr. of Channelview, Texas and Loretta Byers of Huntsville, Texas; her grandchildren, Kirk A. Byers, Jr., Kaitlyn Guerra, Kara Sherfield, Kolleen Byers, Krista Byers, David W. Byers Jr., Denise Schuster, Danniel Morgan and Angelia Gilbreath; her son David W. Byers, Sr.; and her siblings, A. H. Veal and Margie "M. M.". She was also cherished by nine great-grandchildren.
