He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Nicole Pate of Carthage, TX; his wife Brenda Pate of Winona, TX; his stepchildren, Jamie White of Angleton, TX and Sean Jones of Deer Park, TX; and his siblings, Jacqueline Pate Hansel (Butch) of Teague, TX and Billy Pate of Marquez, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.
