She was predeceased by: her parents, Olan W. W. Spivey and Ruby Spivey (McLann); her husband Johnny Needham; and her sons, Shawn Williams and Dusty Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Spivey (Gay) of Arizona, Darren Williams of Tucker, Texas and Kelly Vanckhoven of Buffalo, Texas; her sister Patsy Wood of Longview, Texas; and her grandchildren, Shawn, Amanda, Josh, Samantha, Lindsey, Kristan, Tiffany and Lacey. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
