He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Roach and Hazel Irene Roach (Paschall); his wife Frances Roach; and his brothers, Austin Earl, Herbert Eugene and Gordon "Dale" Roach.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Jenkins of College Station and John; his daughter-in-law Lynn Roach of Bryan; his grandchildren, Erika Kelley (Joshua), David Roach (Sydney), James Roach (Maci), Kyle Roach (Maegen) and Matthew Roach (Layken); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Andrew, Jonathan Kelley, Carson, Royce and Weston Roach.
