She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Oneil and Lela May (Voison); her stepfather N. B. Kennedy; her former husband Ebby Sloan Haynie; her son Kenneth Sloan Haynie; and her stepbrother Cater Kennedy.

She is survived by: her spouse Lela; her children, Nettie, Dennis Haynie (Robbin) of League City and Gail Wallace of Buffalo; her grandchildren, Nevin Douglas Williams, Tiffany Evette Marshall, Candace Heather Cordova, Carrie Haynie and Julie Haynie; her great grandchildren, Blake Williams, Shea Williams, Karis Williams, Reese Schumann, Kolten Marshall, Payton Marshall, Gauge Cordova and Lex Cordova; and her great great grandchild Tate Williams.
