He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wade Hill and Mabel Albright (Buchanan); and his daughter Kelli Rae Hill. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hill of Oakwood; his children, Stacy "Buck" Hill of Wasilla, AK and Toni Lynn Owens (Gene); and his sisters, Betty Byrd of Brazoria and Ruby Williams of Jacksonville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
