We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2023, at the age of 83, Lisbeth Kay Vann of Buffalo, Texas, born in Corsicana, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Plunkett (Aubrey) and Dorothy Plunkett (Owen); her husband Thomas Vann; her sister Susie; and her brother-in-law Reg Teddlie.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Vann (Toni) of Hockley, Texas and Donna Vann of Buffalo, Texas; her grandchildren, Keith Vann, Jr., Ginger Vann, Maurice Vann and Jay Vann; her brothers, Don Plunkett (Lana) of Madisonville and Charles Plunkett (Ruth) of Fayetteville, Georgia; and her sister-in-law Linda Furl (Barton) of Waco, Texas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
