It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Jean Kelly of Buffalo, Texas, born in Clinton, North Carolina, who passed away on May 28, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold West and Sybil "Marie" West (Reynolds); her husband Charles Kelly; and her sister Janet West. She is survived by: her children, Lori Kelly, Kyle Kelly and Timothy Kelly; and her siblings, Tammy Jenkins, Harold West, Judy Neher, Ronald "Ronnie" West and Teresa Mobley.
