He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Thomas Zapolski; and his grandparents, Sammy, Mildred Puppelo, Stanley and Mary Zapolski.
He is survived by: his mother Joanne Florence Zapolski (Puppelo); his daughters, Alexis and Kaitlyne Zapolski; his sister Lisa Zapolski-Horner (David); his nephew Colton Horner; and his godparents, Robert Zapolski and Ann Prezioso.
