He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil C. Lee and Ira Reed Lee; and his siblings, Blanche, Cecil Jr. and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his sons, Danny Lee and Michael Lee; his granddaughters, Danielle and Hannah Lee; and his sisters, Shirley Farris and Patricia Desmond. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
