He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Tommy Lee Blackley (Leslee); his parents, Juanita White Blackley (Dobbie) and Romby Parker Blackley (Jim); his wife Linda Kay Haynes; his children, Scott Allen (Jenny), Bill and Wendy (Brian); and his grandchildren, Ethan, Breigh, Grayson, Audrey and Parker. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elmwood Funeral Home (5750 US-277, Abilene, TX 79606). A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Buffalo Gap Cemetery (3226 FM 89, Buffalo Gap, TX 79508).
