He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carter and Bobbie Carter; his wife Sandra Jo Carter; and his brother Clifford Carter. He is survived by: his siblings, Nita King (David) and Frank Carter (Sharon); his nephew Kyle (Holly); and his nieces, Lindsay, Chris Dempsey and Ann-Marie Dustin Berger.
