He is survived by: his spouse Mary Howe of Buffalo Gap; his children, Art (Rada Howe) of Abilene, Scotty (Denise Howe) of Abilene, Jessica Cheatwood of Purcell and Frances Clark of Choctaw Oklahoma; his sisters, Elizabeth Burke, Mary Parker and Ruthe Howe; and his grandchildren, Ashley Ausborn, Stephen Ausborn, Erika Lewis, Jaime Cormany, Amanda Damman, Christy Votaw, Bobby Howe, Courtney Howe, Britton Howe, Brittney Howe, Justin Howe, Tatum Howe and Jonathon Rodriquez.
