He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marcella Carroll; his children, Jeff Carroll (Pam) and Chris Jackson (Jim); his grandchildren, Cassandra Garnett (Josh) and Kelsey Theis; and his great grandchildren, Natalia and Liam Garnett.
