She was predeceased by: her parents, Orman Allen Simpson and Nell Wright Simpson. She is survived by: her husband James P Jones, Jr. (Jim); her siblings, Veronica Stephens (Roni), Orman Allen Simpson, Jr. and Jonathan Wright Simpson; her children, Christopher Daniel Jones (Bonnie Jones) and Renee Jones Palmer (Key Palmer, II); and her grandchildren, Jonathan David Adams (Tonya Adams), Eric Allen Adams (Viridiana) and Jordan Ryan Murphy.
