He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Watson Sr. and Esther Watson (Collver); and his sister Marilyn Lorraine Watson LaLonde. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Watson (Golden); his daughters, Elizabeth Gaskamp (Bryan) and Marilyn "Marie" Watson; his brother Robert "Bob" Watson; and his granddaughter Abigail Gaskamp.
