He is survived by: his father Sam Totah; his wife Gina; his daughters, Michelle and Rachel; his stepmother Nanci; and his siblings, Ted (Laine), Jimi (Terri) and Diana (Richard). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
