He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Carolyn Rubac (Halpain). He is survived by: his father Johnnie Leland of Cameron; his daughter Brittney Rubac of Oakboro, NC; his siblings, Carl Rubac (Anna) of Cameron and Margaret Reigher of Cape Carteret, NC; and his grandson Briar Burris. He is also survived by 4 nieces and nephews.
