He is survived by: his wife Kathy Burnett; his sons, Toby Burnett (Rhonda) and Kurt Burnett (Dawn); his grandchildren, Tanner Burnett, Reilly Peterson (Samuel), Karley Lackey (Carson), Nolan Burnett (Lauren), Brody Dean Burnett, Madison Burnett and Morgan Burnett; his great grandchild Creed; his brother Wayne Burnett (Judy); and his nephews, Scott and Eric Burnett.
