He is survived by: his wife Frankie Leftwich; and his children, Steve Leftwich (Glenda), Leslie Walzel (Mike), David Leftwich (Susan) and Jesse Leftwich (Amie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
