She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Willis and Jamie Bert Payne (Lane); and her siblings, Melvin Willis Payne and Betty Anne Garcia. She is survived by: her sisters, Carolyn Esquibel of Grants, Jamie Earhart (Clyde) of Houston and Jeanne Puckett of Round Rock, Texas.. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
