It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Chambless of Buchanan Dam, Texas, born in Wichita Falls, Texas, who passed away on June 24, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Foncy C. Chambless and Roberta F. Chambless; and his siblings, Cecil Crawley, Perry Crawley, LeRoy Chambless, Mary Carter and Wanda Humphrey.
He is survived by: his wife Treva M. Chambless; his son Dwayne Chambless (Sharon); his grandchildren, Michael Chambless (Jenna), Dane Chambless (Tamara) and Elizabeth Vinson (Brad); and his great grandchildren, Brooke, Brady, Callen, Braxton and Trevor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Jack's memory to the Buchanan Volunteer Fire Department or Buchanan West Baptist Church.
