He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Martin and Catherine Martin (Sales); and his brother Simon Anthony Martin. He is survived by: his children, Mark Martin of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Margaret Bennett (Peggy) of Kansas City, Kansas, Mary Dehart of Bryson, Texas and Kelly Martin of Medford, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Bryan Bennett, Scott Bennett, Justin Dehart, Ryan Dehart and Christopher Dehart; and his great grandchildren, Trenton and Trace Dehart.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Anthony Catholic Church (515 S Morton Ave, Okmulgee, OK 74447).
