Stephen left this world on November 9, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Golub and Mary Lipka Golub; and his siblings, Donald and Gloria Golub. He is survived by: his wife Maggie Golub; his children, Sharon Zeig, Jerry Golub, Ginger Golub, Christopher Montelongo, Jeannette Pena and Erica Zeiber; and his adoptive son Noah Montelongo. He is also survived by numerous sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hillier Funeral Home & Cremations (2301 E 29th St, Bryan, TX 77802). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Norwood Cemetery.
