She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Smith and Eunice Smith (Lawerence); her son Rodney Rowland; and her siblings, Naomi McCloud, Anna Kate Scott, Bessie Moore and Calvin Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Duncan Rowland; her children, Darrell Benoit (Cindy), Randy Rowland (Debbie), Janice Gomez (Ray), Cynthia Rowland and Rhonda Livingston (Eddie); and her sister Martha Dawson. She is also survived by son 13 Grandchildren 16 Great-Grandchildren.
