He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Cruz of Bryan, Texas.; his children, Monique Sheree Glover of Bryan, Texas., Blake Phil Phillips of Bryan, Texas., Toni Mari-Allison Phillips of Bryan, Texas. and Caleb James Phillips of Bryan, Texas.; his stepdaughter Natalie Ford Hunt of Vancleave; his grandchildren, Dylan, Cameron, Mylee, Ellyana, Laiya of Remi, AJ, Phoenix and Bella; his sisters, Sheryl Harrell of Vancleave and Trudi Mallard of Ariton; his brother-in-law Doug; his brother Garry Teal Powell (Melissa Powell); his nieces, Chasity, Brandy, Christi, Lindsay and Ashley; and his nephew Justin Roy Harrell. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
